The Missing Links In Leadership & Professional Practice

What’s missing? Leading from an embodied Self.

In this video, I share a little bit about my own journey in become embodied in my Self-Leadership – from working within the therapeutic arts and healing space, becoming trauma-informed and then finally realising the missing central component in Self-leadership within these fields that is preventing us from having impact.

I explore the subtle dimensions of our being – in partiuclar – the differentiation between our internal parts – and Soul – the central essence of who we are. if we are not aware of this differentiation, we become desensitised from it and keep on acting unconsciously. And when this happens – we can stay blended or merged with those burdened parts of us, that have agendas and blind-sports and then that’s what we unconsciously become.

So the question is then – which part of me is leading? Is it a burdened part… Or me, Self?

Enjoy this video where I break this down and ask some serious questions about Leadership.
